Lubing of joints

    My co-worker, a hot rod guy, takes his car to Rapid oil (or other shops that does oil changes and other small automotive services) and says that they also lube the chasis for the cost of the oil change. He swears that cars require lubrication at the joints every now and then. Is he correct, or his he ghey?

    What's a chasis lube? Are cars supposed to be lubed every few thousand miles or something?

    it depends on some car, some cars now a days come with seal joints/zerks on the chassis. It has a grease that doesnt' need any maintaining, just replace that joint/zerk when the boot breaks. If you to lube your chassis, bring it over to my place. free =D

    that is on his old cars. Pretty much all new cars don't have grease zerks to lube the moving parts. It is nothing you have to worry about on your subaru.

    And Dream, this guy isn't Chuck. Chuck's doesn't know anything about muscle cars, but Chuck looks at VWVortex & Volksport all day without posting ever.
