So, Josh (aspitfire) and I went to Maggiano's in Southdale after a meeting down there for work. It was bomb. $12/person got a ton of food that was served family style. It was the supper special that runs from 3 - 5:30pm and included your choice of 2 pastas and 1 entree plus desert. We shared spaghetti and meatballs, some bowtie/chicken/spinach thing and Chicken parmesean. All ended with some Tiramasu :yumyum:. We each had enough leftovers for 2 more meals each. Highly recommended from us two. IMO Maggiano's > Buca
you shared dinner on a date, you work at the same place, and you are sharing a room on the duluth trip. hrmmm
 So you're saying that location suddenly changes the way the food tastes? Please. Maggianos is pretty good, imho. Their riggatoni-d is the bomb.
I'm sure their food tastes just as good as any other decent chain. meh at eating at chains. It's like when my co-worker says "I'm sick of eating at Friday's, let's go to Applebees instead." They both serv overly salted yet delicious steaks, so who really gives a crap right?
Hmmm... Is Maggiano's a chain??? I didn't know that... I have never seen another one! Anyway, BUMP for solid Italian food! I've been there on a couple dates and the food is :yumyum::yumyum:! Never had their dessert, have always saved dessert for later that night! (Gigity, gigity, gi-gi-TY)
