Maperformance Tuning?

anyone get thier car tuned there? I have tried countless times to get ahold of ron at rs motors to see weather or not he can tune the dtec for my turbo legacy with OBD1

maperformance tunes dtecs at 150/hr

what do you guys think?

They recently moved to a new location... its a lot bigger and nicer. Now, AWD dyno too.

 

Are they protune certified for the AP yet?

 

Their new AWD dyno setup is great, and Jordan from Consumate Tuning (their new tuner) supposedly is really good. I'll looking forward to seeing what he can do with WRX's and Evo's (says he has done both very successfully already).

 

i was up there with a friends car a couple weeks ago and jordan does an awesome job as far as i can tell...but they are kinda $$$

jordan has been like a god with hondas for quite some time, i am sure he will get subarus down as well

 

Last time I was up there they said they were Cobb approved to protune and were in the process of having Jordan certified to protune. I'm just curious if anyone has gone this way and the results of it.

 

what exactly can be tuned with the dtec on my obd1 ecu? I honestly dont even know what the dtec does..... its the dtec F/C

I've been known for tuning Honda's mostly and ethanol fuel based testing.

I've done a number of Subaru's, from bolt on wrx/sti's to EJ22 swapped VW vans.

Our AWD dyno facility is slowly nearing absolute completion.

I vouch for Jordan any day of the week. He will be tuning my wrx once i get the gremlins worked out and back down there. To my knowledge, He has tuned just about every car in duluth that needs it and Joey's S2000 w 641rwhp and 10.6 on drag radials should say something to back that up too. Post some videos Jordan... and the dyno sheet from the s2k. i am sure zack wont mind some vids posted of the 240. And i will be more than welcome to take anyone for a ride when my wrx is finished so you can see how well the tune turns out. Jordan and the guys @ MAP have helped me out greatly and they are my prefered shop of choice.
