Mid pipe ?

    Any gains for gutting the 3 cat on a wrx? Is it worth it? Reasons to not do this?

    You might see a slight gain in power on the butt dyno.

    I'm actually getting sick of my stinky exhaust, and am thinking about picking up a high-flow 3rd cat.

    Are you still running the factory downpipe? In my car (03), the "midpipe" just has a resonator. I run an invidia (catless) downpipe with the factory midpipe with no stink!
