I have been watching the meter stay at $100 for over 2 months. I really enjoy the site and have bought and sold car parts here. I see we have 2773 members now. My question is this... Why was the meter not at $500 on August 1st?? We all use this site to conduct business and to get answers when we need it, yet nobody wants to give a little for the deals and answers that they have recieved just for being a member.
Well, on Aug 1 we start a new cycle to cover the web hosting. So I would hope that we get donations by Aug 1 of 2012 to cover server costs. Russ
All I am saying is that it should not take a year to reach the $500 goal. It is only 18 cents per member if we do the math. I have already saved the entire $500 goal on parts just for being a member in the last month.We should never have to anticipate reaching the goal... It should be at $500 on August 1st of every year!!
So there is 175$ now. Today and today only I will match 50 cents on the dollar for every donation made towards our goal. Just pm me when u donate and I will follow with another donation until midnight tonight or we reach 500$ whichever comes first
