motorcycle license transfer?

    hey everyone,
    I am starting a motorcycle class this weekend to finaly be legal and ride a bike with the proper license. i was wonding if anyone knew if my endorsment would transfer over to MN. from Il. or would i need to get another license?

    oooh, damn, you MAY have to take at least a written MN test.

    When I moved here 6 or so years ago I had to take a written test for the drivers license but the motorcycle endorsment transfered with no additional tests.

    well, thanks for the responses guys. im gonna call when i get out of work to double check. i can handle taking writen tests, i just was hoping not to have to take anymore drive tests, especialy when i wont have a bike when i move.
