Ok so I was rear ended on monday and my tip on the G200 was bent up and distorted. SO the car is at the body shop and the insurance company sent out a inspector guy to take a look at the car. The guy said they wern't gonna replace it but just repair it. I am not to happy about that because they had told me the car would be returned to its pre-accident state. If the tip is loose and rattles isn't it not the way it was pre-accident? Any way, how do I get the insurance company to replace it? Any ideas? By the way, its not my insurance but the F*$@ who hit me.

go the the adjuster and put him in an arm bar till he taps out. Unless you are manly enough to TKO.

From looking at your pics you posted the other day the tip didnt look bad at all, im sure it can be bent back to look normal. And, FYI, your car will never be back to "pre-accident" state. That's the crappy thing about getting into an accident, its never the same.
