Enough lurking around. I've never owned a Subaru. The few I have driven have been great drivers. All the people I knew, that owned one, loved their car. I really didn't start seriously looking at them until last year. I took a round trip to South Carolina April 2010 with a friend of mine in his 2003 Outback. It was an H6 LLBeen edition he fixed up for his wife and kids. That trip convinced me I had to get a Subaru once I could afford a new car. Fast forward almost a year. I am the owner of a 2009 Legacy. I hadn't realized that there was such a big community of Subaru owners/fans in Minnesota. Being the first in my family to own a Subaru, I have become the great experiment into a brand never before tried. Right about the same time I got my Legacy, I met Russ and he recommended I check out MNSubaru. I signed up but haven't taken the time to post a proper introduction. I plan to check out the forums more often and participate. Wandering around a few threads, it seems like a really welcoming and helpful place.
