Dont give the dealership in Rochester that much credit. Its a GM dealership that just so happens to deal Subarus as well. You pretty much need the part number if you want to get anywhere with them.
I found that out when i got my oil filter. I wanted to get a quote for AT fluid and diff fluid. None of them there knew what fluid to use for Diff and that parts guy thought that the front diff fuild was the same as the AT fuild. Like it was all part of one system. Im assuming its not because i got a drain for each of them.
