The position could be flexible, but prefer full time. We need a person to assist our office Recruiters with sourcing key talent within the industry. What does that mean? You would use resources such as Monster.com, Career Builder, etc....to locate, qualify, and deliver talented individuals for our client positions. What to expect? Spending your time working on a variety of assignments from local searches to finding talent as far away as Kenya. Yes, there's a ton of phone work (20-50 calls per day) and you must be able to multi-task. One minute your talking to a CEO, next minute your talking to a Controller or CFO from Africa. It's a ton of fun!!!! What are the days/hours of this? I'm looking for something Friday-Sunday to pick up in addition to my job @ Lexus.
Ideally it's M-F and full time...and it's 8-5 or so. Never weekends or nights Honestly, this would be a great position to help jump start their career or a person looking to get out of outside sales and join an organized environment
