Ok so my car got hit last nite and it was parked on the side of the road. Sorry no pics, using my phone to send. But there is a no parking for tues and wed because of the snow or whatever. I was givin choices to use as a shop or find my own. Choices are latuff brothers on uni, paramount masters in minn, raymond auto body on pierce, and abra on thompson. First accident I've had, need help quick to get my car towed outta the way so I won't get towed to impound.

Damage wise I need a new front and rear bumper, new muffler, new hood, tail light and trunk are not aligned straight with body anymore too.

And would my transmission be affected by the accident since I had it in gear? The accident pushed my car forward by about 5-6 feet.

    Thanks.

Thanks. Any other shops anyone else would highly recommend since the other guys insurance will be paying for it. I need to let my insurance know asap so they can start an estimate on it.

Latuff Brothers did good work replacing a door on my old bugeye, but they didn't have the best / most prompt customer service. This was 6 years ago though. Hamline auto body has done great work with really good service my last couple times, I would recommend them if you are not paying.

I have had several cars in to Bonfe's on 7th since the insurance companies seem to like that place. Their work has always been satisfactory. I'm sure they are pricey out of pocket, but if insurance is paying their work should be good. Not sure if it's an option for you, but are not a bad option if possible.

Isn't Minnesota a state where insurance law dicatates you can take your car wherever you want to get it repaired?

That's correct as long as it is in estimate.
