Ok, so I need some opinions. I got the motor out today and there are a few things that have me a bit concerned. First: Do you guys think this oil is due to a head gasket leak? The rear main seal is 100% leaking, but this seems to be different. There is also a fair bit of oil on the top of the motor, under the intake manifold. This is a bit harder to tell, but there is quite a bit of oil up there. Second: There appears to be quite a lot of oil in the intake manifold. Is this normal? Should I be concerned? And what's the best way to clean it out, or should I even clean it out. Sorry for the poor pictures, it's hard to get enough light inside without confusing the camera Throttle Body

It looks like it could be some minor headgasket seepage. The intake looks normal, like Nate said, Seafoam would clean that right out.
Stupid question, where would one put the seafoam? Like use it on a rag, or somehow add it while the car is running? Also, if it is minor head headgasket seepage is it worth replacing them while the motor is out? or would you guys not worry about it.
Run the seafoam through the intake manifold after the engine is back together and running. If it was me, I would replace the headgaskets while the engine was out.
I think I may have to go somewhere other than my driveway for that. Last time I saw someone do that I think the fire dept. almost got called:laugh:
Also, if I were to replace the head gaskets, is there anything else I should do while the heads are off?
Cool. Glad you're getting answers. And I'm kinda honestly surprised that everyone else is saying the same thing I was last night. If you do the headgaskets I'd like to help if its in the evening or on the weekend. If that's cool? Oh - and I'd still run as much cleaner as you can through the TB & IM while its out, then still Seafoam out once its back in and running. I'd pull and clean as many of those nasty hoses as you can, too.
yep cant hurt to clean clean clean while you can get at it all.. then run seafoam... I have a little gadget that allows it to suck in either fluid or spray through the intake...
Cant you just pop a can of seafoam onto the pcv valve and suck it in, after the motor is back in and running off course. That what we used to do with my old camaro. If you do this don't do it in your drive way cuz it will look as if the house is on fire or something. EDIT: I just saw that subytek said this a few posts up.
