got home this morning from work and noticed some stains in the driveway where i normally park my car, checked and they were not water, so i go and get the flash light and look at the tranny and oil pan, dry as a bone :???: so i start shining around and notice that the rear diff is covered, and i mean covered in gear oil  so i move to the back of the car and check where i just parked and there was a spot on the ground about the size of a silver dollar... 'sniff sniff' its gear oil alright.

questions are: what is the possibility of it being the gasket?

what is the drivability of the car?

would i be able to drive safely to st. cloud from delano on monday to have it worked on?

    thanks tons in advance

if it's a small leak like that, i wouldn't worry. just check the level and fill it up if needed and bring it to where you want it to be worked on.
