The VF22 is the largest of the IHI VF series turbos. It outflows the VF39 on teh STi.

If you are strapped for cash then the SS Autochrome TMIC from ebay isn't a bad option but if you have money I say splurge on a little bit nicer one like the APS. Injectors, 730cc to 800cc should be fine. Walbro Fuel pump and you should also get an Inlet, perrin or samco or aps hard one, That stock one will kill you. As far as a tune goes, DB can do you just fine as well as the other shops (DB is the only one I have had experience with). The other option is to see if any of the OpenECU guys around here would be willing to tune you.

Injectors you will need to have ATLEAST 600cc and maybe more depending on how much you want to push things on pump gas. You will need to get a better tmic and a fuel pump. You will also want to install a new inlet pipe, but make sure you get a good one. I have heard alot of bad things about the cheap ebay ones sucking together. Other than that you are looking for a good tune.

I paid 380 for a DB tune. As for injectors talk to Russ. He can set you up with some 680 top feeds.
