needed, front struts

i need some front struts for any gd impreza sedan, im autox'ing next weekend and would like something by then

 

you need new struts and tires more than any person i've ever met

 

yeah i need tires again to.. but ill have to wait and just do the autox with my crapy all seasons

 

i got the rears replaced with sti ones but i still need fronts... anyone at a dealership have any scrap struts front a damaged car laying around?

I have the left front sitting around... only 54k miles on it.

 

you should also look at getting the CORRECT set of tophats for the rear ones. if they could see your rear springs at tech inspection i highly doubt you would be autoxing

 

Are you going to be at Valley Fair ? Any plans to do the Novice School in June ?

meh, thats not something we inspect for. People have all types of retarded suspension, not all the tech guys are experts on every type of car.

 

Just did it. Well worth doing, and seriously good value for money. Don't dismiss it just because it has 'Novice' in the name. It focuses on making newbies better event participants, so the regular events don't wind up waiting on just one person to get their arse in gear and get to their work assignment, for example.

I can pretty much guarantee that you wont be fast compared to the people who go to novice school. since you will be competing against those people, you should get the same advantage if you can. they have had the advantage of already having done 20 odd runs, gotten advice and have done it before.

 

thats understandable but im really just doing it to have fun. plus i dont have anymore money. so yeah
