Picked this up from Aaron a few weeks back and finally had time to put her in. The 02 sensor isn't tapped yet but other than that its in perfect. Got my Dremel action on and hacked a spare clock housing i had lying around. It fits flawlessly and looks almost factory. The pic doesn't do it justice. The only thing now is to smooth the edges and possible put a little double sided tape or velcro underneath to hold it down under times of high G-Forces. :biggrin:
think its your imagination. Its hardly bigger than a regular DIN slot. Look at its size compared to my radar detector for scale.
Yeah, looks way out of place and you dremeled your dash!!!! Now what happens if you sell the car? The tuner is in there for good, bad idea.
Reading comprehension > you. As I stated, I hacked an old clock housing that didn't work in the first place. If I ever need to take it out its as easy as popping the clock out and putting my working clock back in.
uhhh... i would have put it elsewhere. thats just me though... that would fit perfectly in the glove box and would be completly discrete... or gotten an attermarket deck and put it underneith again would have fit better.. but its your car...
