Hi all, My name's Blair, I'm an academic working with Japanese history, and I'm a 2012 Subaru Forester owner. Perhaps I'll be owning 2 Subarus soon. Actually, that's why I came looking through here--to see how other people came to buy their Subarus in Minnesota. Yeah, and then life hit us like a ton of bricks the day after I posted. Among many things, we're also undergoing the high oil consumption test in our 2012 Forester due to...high oil consumption! So, no new cars for now! But thanks to the suggestions from this forum, we'll give Morrie's a shot on service and see how that goes.
