New to the group!

Well hello everyone! I thought I'd take the time to introduce myself. My name is Guin I am moving back to minnesota from colorado this summer and want to meet some subaru lovers
I have an 04 sti basically stock for now with exhaust. Of course world rally blue. Out here in CO there's a subaru every 1000ft. But I dont remember seeing many in minnesota. Is anyone around the Brainerd area?

Welcome, I am sure you will see quite a few Subies in that area on the weekends in the spring - fall months. Lots of people vacation up there. As well MAP Proving Grounds will be up there next year. I am going to assume they will do a Spring and Fall event again. It is a good time and filled with all sorts of imports. They do Drag, AutoX, Road Course and Drifting.

lol, you're moving the wrong direction...Colorado is much more fun than Minnesota in my opinion!

Anyway, welcome to the site and check out the events section for upcoming events where you can meet some of the members. And as ofspunk mentioned, there is a race track right in Brainerd that several of us frequent.

I have family in the Brainard area and am up there time to time. I have a heavily modded 02 wrx and a mostly stock 2013 brz

Haha yeah. I graduated from pequot lakes but went to pine river for about a year.

 

Welcome. You just might have to come down to the cities and drive around for a little bit. You'll see lots of us! Or we'll see you whilst cabining in the Brainerd lakes area.

 

I have relatives that went to high school in pine river.

 

When I move up this summer I might be going through the cities. So keep an eye out for a blue sti with colorado plates!

 

All this Backus and pine river talk reminds me of deer hunting. Welcome I'm 30 miles south.
