Hey guys/gals. Name is David. Drive a 2005 STI. Looking at relocating to Brainerd MN from Carson City NV. Currently apart of Flat 4 club here in Carson. So when you see a blue/primered (currently getting body work) blobeye with a Flat 4 decal on the rear window, don't hesitate to wave! Also what shops do you gentlemen prefer in the Brainerd Lakes area, for mechanical work and tuning? I can do most work on the car myself but with this move I wont be bringing my tools with me so I want a reputable shop that has in depth knowledge of the Subaru product. Also prefer to stay away from dealerships as they tend to turn modified cars away. (I work for a dealership that owns a Subaru lot.) Any insight would be great. Is there any kind of Subaru gathering in the Lakes Area? I lived there 2 years ago and only saw maybe 2 Subarus total.
Well the relocating to Brainerd is official. I'll be headed up there as I start my new position with work in 2 weeks
When my roommate worked in the north side of brainerd, he said he would drive passed this house that had a lift and there were like 2 to 4 wrxs sitting there all the time.. No idea who they are though.. As far as tuning goes nf is rock solid and there is a new guy that popped up in saint cloud.
Ok cool. I knew a guy that owned a black blob eye sti in Brainerd but I believe he relocated to the cities. Looking forward to meeting some of the subi owners out there
