    You wonder if the time might not be better spent on DWI enforcement given that we're number 3 in the nation for that.

    The good days were the early 90's. They would be lined up 10-12 pairs deep, and if it got busted, worst case was you pay a $10 parking ticket. I help many people scrap rubber off of rear fenders while waiting for our turn with the cops.:laugh:

    I used to go there every weekend. Worst thing that happend to us was parking ticket as well. I would say that time there was a good 100+ cars there
