well my car died, cranks bu no spark, so far brian and i have tried coil, cam and crank sensors, and ignitor, anyone else have any ideas?
Does the L have an ignition module? Had one that gave me similar problems, but was on a ford/lincoln.
I had this happen on my Mazda, we tried everything before I pulled off the timing belt cover and yanked out the belt ... The good news is, I had said it was timing the whole time, so I wasn't the one who looked like an ass
try the igniter. it the little black box mounted above the pitch stop. that thing tells your car when to fire. do you have spark leaving the coil pack? maybe try looking for faryed wires between the igniter/coil/sensors and the ecu. or try another ecu.
see, you just need to get it good and drunk, and those sparks are sure to start flying again
go MSD ignition and let 'er buck. w/a stand alone ignition system you should get plenty of spark ;-). have you tried a different ecu? maybe yours hit the wall with all this logic learning stuff, old dog new tricks ya know.
well since we cleared the memory its running like poo...but it usually does after its cleared, even when it was n/a oh well, waiting game.
