    Hey Guys
    Another newbie question here....

I see a lot of Subaru’s with their number plate to the side of the front of the car .
I believe they call this number plate delete?

Why is it that it is not centered on the front of the bumper bar on the front?

    Thanks

Are you talking about this set up? If you are, it is just more for looks then anything.

I believe the original intention for the license plate relocation kit was for those who are running FMIC. With the plate off to the side, it doesn’t block airflow to the intercooler.

What Ryan said! For my car, it was from Jersey and didn’t have holes drilled through the bumper. So instead of drilling holes, i got the relocation kit and mounted my plate with it.

I use the grimmspeed mount for the same reason as Josh cuz I like my bumper free from holes

I'd say 9 times out of 10 because the plate relocation kits mount in the tow hook spot.
