Absolutely. I caused it by sliding into a berm really hard. Sounds like I may be running 15's and rally tires soon. The stiffer sidewalls should help cover my mistakes.

Yeah, my pics from this time blow. This can be blamed partly on the crappy camera I was using, and partly on my usual use of the quick automatic features on the Canon... I try to set stuff manually on this one, but I forgot to change the shutter speed between sun and clouds, so a ton of pics got really washed out. Anyway, I'll be uploading all of my pics tomorrow, as per usual, and if you see something you like that's too light, let me know, and I can light balance it for you. There are so many that I'm just not going to do them all unless I get really really bored.

Looked like fun. I kind of shyed away from this one because of the rain and some unrelated issues with a friend. I'm glad it turned out nice, was expecting a mess.:laugh: There looked to be a few big rocks laying around. Driving around on my lowered car gets a little more scary without any protection. I might look into investing in some before the next event. I'd like to keep the oil pan holeless.:laugh:

I had to laugh when Jim threw down the fastest time of the day (25.5 sec) with my Mom on board. One of her comments afterwards, besides that it was fun, was those shoulder belts make a good bra. Amy

yes they do and his turbo and bov sounded incredible as his was regulating the trottle around corners. :yumyum:
this was the run where my car actually died as I entered the long right hander off the start. I figured I'd have some fun since the run was already dead
I went through all the heavy rutting at the start line foot to the floor, all of a sudden the gauge cluster went black and I was coasting. had to turn the key again to restart the car. it's possible the car was bouncing so much the ignition actually turned to the off position
this i could totally believe. I tried sooo hard to stay out of the ruts, but that was pretty hard. Accelerating on that section was very tough on the car.
