On my 2010 wrx if I'm creeping along in first gear and I push the clutch in I get a shutter like its about to stall and the rpms drop. Any ideas on this? Clutch seems to work fine. And it seems worse when its cold

There appears to be about 3 or 4 threads on this right now. Sounds like a "common" issue amongst the 3G owners. I'll see if i can find the links to the other threads for you...

Mine has done this since I got it. I only notice this in the winter. I've never noticed it in the summer. Tuning hasn't made a difference. It may have something related to the 2500 RPM stumble these are prone for.

Maybe a larger amp battery would help prevent it?

My 2011 has been doing the same thing but haven't thought nothing of it really, my only thought was what if I had lighter rotating assembly would it actaul stall on me.

Mine does it too. Not a big deal. No a higher amp battery doesn't fix it.

Well, because i had heard that you can put a larger amp in...or maybe it was a higher amp alternator? ass, lol.

Also, you should pour cement into your intake ports! Nuke said that it adds "boogie woogie"! Only if you are on e85 tho.:(
