I am looking for spring info to lower a 93 fwd sedan. 93-01 GC springs work?...on stock struts btw. Also, car comes without a rear sway...what will fit? I realize I will need bushings, brackets, endlinks and laterals. thanks
this thread over on legacy central will become your best friend: http://bbs.legacycentral.org/viewtopic.php?t=35322 it is a thread full of links to other suspension threads over there with tons of cross reference info.
Correct, 93-94 L models didn't have a rear bar. My old didn't have one, and neither did my current project, nor does my '92 beater wagon. If you can find a rear bar from a turbo car, they are 18mm vs. the standard 17mm. Otherwise Whiteline makes one for these cars.
I may have a '94 Turbo RSB sitting in my garage at home. I replaced mine with a Whiteline adjustable one last year and I'm about 95% sure I didn't toss it. I'll be home in July and will gladly hand it off and help install it for some beer. -Greg P.S. I am nowhere near MN right now. You can PM me on here or email me at [email protected] to follow up on this. gmail is more reliable.
I have successfully procured endlinks, sway bar, bushings, sway bar mounts, the passenger side lateral link with the end link tab and the drivers side bracket that mounts to the frame. I only need a drivers side lateral link with the endlink tab from a mid 90's legacy (95+) and the bracket that mounts on the passenger side frame by the fuel tank neck...anyone?
