ok... add in time to uninstall the lights, reseal them and let them drythen put it back together... I said 3-4 hours cause he DIDNT have ANY IDEA about how to do it... I am not slow or stupid when working on cars... but it took me a few hours when I factored in frying time and wanting to do a DECENT job not a rush crappy job...

its not hard at all. you would have to sand down the chrome plating though. get a few coats of what ever color paint you want and then let dry. rebake the lights so the adhesive is sticky again and replace.

I didnt sand it down..... light coats to lay down a layer for the rest to stick too... thats why it takes a little longer.. let the first 2 lighter coats dry....

and $200 for some lights.... man come to my house... I have some paint left over... would do it fo ryou for $100.... maybe even $75 ha ha ha haa it isnt really that hard... just takes time to do it well

sanding helps the paint bond to the part. flexing or heat could make it peel
