Not sure where this would fall under, but I have been looking for a certain part for my car. It is on the 02-07 Impreza models I believe, I drive an 04. It is on the outside of the car by the rear doors, it is that black plastic piece right above the side skirts towards the rear tires. I lost one and I have one that is cracked. What is this piece called?

    Thanks.

    Ok, let's try this again.
This is the part I am looking for. If anyone knows what this part is called, I'd really appreciate it as my two are either missing or in pieces.
    Thanks.

Have you tried posting this in the Minnetonka Subaru thread?

Posting in there usually spurs a post telling you to just call the dealership.

Dog legs, hmmmm, no wonder I couldn't find anything on them. And I have tried the dealership, but it is hard to tell them when I don't know what the part is.
Thanks for the help guys. :)

When I have an obscure part, I usually go to the dealership and we look on their parts diagram together to try and figure it out. Sometimes it takes longer than others, but I typically leave with what I need.

You know, that's what I thought too, but then it should only be one piece, not two I believe. I could be wrong, I looked very long and hard at that part to try and match and it looks too long and thin. But what do I know, I don't have a part to match to it since mine is missing. LOL

From my introduction post on here:

Luckily, a member here (Terry Ammerman) had one that he gave me for free!

Keep looking and I bet you can find someone with a part-out car that would let those pieces go for next to nothing.

It's #2 in that diagram. The other part they're showing are the clips that hold it in place.

Ahh, yes, didn't even dawn on me. LOL Thanks for pointing it out. Guess it's time to go pick up my parts.
