This is a pretty straight change. This was on an 02 wrx.

    1. take intercooler off
    2. clamp top coolant line on throttle body
    3. take off bottom tb coolant line(dont remember if i clamped)
    4. unscrew pcv
    5. install new pcv, leave 3-4 threads showing.
    6. do everything in reverse.

    tada.

Just as an fyi, this is good for only the '02-03 WRX. The '04-05 (not sure on the '06) uses a different setup.

that's quite alot of work to get to a PCV valve...mine is right on the manifold and easily accessable. and for those that don't want to keep replacing it....get an oil catch can.

Watch out for sticky PCV valves...they'll cause valve cover gasket leaks! All that crankcase pressure has to go somewhere.
