    My wife and I love pho too (and our 3 yr old loves to play with the noodles), so I'd be down, but we have a night out booked at Kincaid's already.

    I use to work with RUI who owns Kincaids and Palominos...They have great cut steaks, either way Filet Mignon, Prime Rib, Tenderloin, etc. you can't go wrong...

    Thomas is probably coming over around 5. I'll be there if Thomas drives. Today is day 6 of my 6-day car detail and I don't want to have to wash it again before the last coat of wax:biggrin:

    It's just my opinion, but Saigon Pho sux to the max. I tried their pho 4 different times within the last 4 years and the taste of their pho has always been wrong for me.
