Okay, I want to install this into my legacy gt, but do i need to buy a different console so it fits? If anyone knows how, or has installed it before, let me know! I want to do this badly.

I'm not sure about your Legacy but if I wanted to put an AVIC into my '08 STi I would have to get an aftermarket dash kit to fit the gap between the double din console and the AVIC Head Unit. Scosche make some good product for what you'd be looking for. In fact I looked up what you would need and this is what it suggested. http://www.scosche.com/products/productID/1600 Hope this helps.
