Possible Rally Photo? (OMG!)

    Hey guys -- I found this pic among the 400 I took while I was in Norway in 2005. Could these be the official WRC cars from that year? I'm kind of a newbie when it comes to rally stuff, so I don't know. The closest car says "C. Foss" and M. Foss" on the rear passenger window.

    definitely not WRC cars. here's an actual 04-05 WRC car

    I'd be willing to bet that they are GrpN/PWRC cars. Norway wasn't on the WRC calendar back in 2005.

    Cool. So maybe the Norwegian or Scandinavian equivalent of Rally America or something.

    I remember these were in a central square in Trondheim. Tons of rally cars there, some a little older and some newer. There was a red Evo, too...

    rally in europe like stock car racing in america in terms of popularity. if you watch photog forums you'll be astounded at the amount of rally pics coming out of europe
