Post-Bath pictures

Wphew, Alice finally got cleaned up after the winter. A few days ago I washed, re-washed, dried, clay-bar, paint cleaner, polish, then waxed.

Today I washed again, and give her a coat of Meguiars NXT Tech wax.

I have got to say I think she looks better than when I first picked her up from the dealership. (minus the few bumps, and nicks/scratches). Certainly not horrible for 62,000 miles

Anyway, here are the pictures...

You need to buff out those swirls in your hood.

 

I need to be shown how to clay-bar.... never heard of it till being on this site...

althought he silver probably doesnt show up as smooth as a black car or WRB afterwards...

 

claybar is easy, buy one, read the directions on the box. I can help you out if you want sometime.

Looks great bro! I owned a black car for a bit and let me tell you its alot of work but worth every second of it!

 

Heh, I don't think I'll get one again. They do look great...but such a PITA to keep looking nice.

very shiny! looks great, love the hood shots. the chrome grille trim kinda bugs me though.

black it out... maybe put a pair of hella FF1000s there for some extra sun effect.
