Hey folks, I've got a 1995 Chev. K1500 Ext. Cab 4x4 for sale. $4700, pretty firm on that. I've market researched a bit, and this is a very conservative price. Keep in mind Im not open negotiating that much, but I will at least, consider prices. Heres the info. Shes forest green, paint is mint. Has 188k on the 350 block. Engine has never been modified, truck has never been lifted, has never run larger than stock tires, etc. Her only "modifications" are a new muffler utilizing all stock exhaust piping, and an engine block heater. The 4x4 works great, engages and disengages smoothly. This truck has NEVER been offroaded by me, and according to the previous owner, he never took it offroad either. All body panels line up perfectly, and have factory paint. Previously owned by a GM master tech at Waconia Pontiac/GM until 183k, and then owned by me, who is meticulous with the care of his vehicles, shes in great shape. I dont smoke, and drive my vehicles like I've got an egg between my foot and the pedals. I've kept her washed and waxed every two weeks, and use armor-all on all exterior plastic, as well as keeping up on vaccuuming the carpet/seats, and cleaning the interior peices. I store it in my garage, and if the weather dips below freezing, I plug in the engine block heater, to eliminate any abuse from cold starts. Has never seen a plow, is thoroughly undercoated, and has no spring sag. Interior is grey upholstry, which is mint, not one single stain, no rips in the fabric, not even a wear mark on the drivers seat. I had every gasket on the exhaust system replaced last spring, added in a mellow rear muffler and a nice stainless single exit exhaust tip. I have a topper that can come with it, in the forest green. Some of the clear coat is flaking on it, but it still looks pretty good. Is currently not mounted, but could be in about 10 minutes. I dont carry, or leave lots of things in the bed of the truck, so accessibility was more important than long term storage. Shifts smoothly, Starts great, Runs phenominal, NEVER had a problem. I need the money to pick up a WJ, otherwise I would keep this. If someone needs a great daily driver, a clean work truck to rep. their company, or even a spiffy tow vehicle, this is the one for you. I just replaced the spark plugs and wires with some brand new OEM ones, changed out her oil and filter with some synthetic 5w30 about 2 weeks back, and checked all fluids (weekly). Last check was yesterday, and: Tranni fluid is clean, coolant is clean, brake fluid could use a flush whenever a set of new pads are put on. Rear diff fluid is clean as well. Current brake pads have quite a bit of life left, and the tires are in great shape. PM for pictures, I dont have any taken right now. My digi cam is out of batteries but I will try to charge it up and get pictures for those interested. -Jack, Mound Minnesota.
yeah yeah yeah...figured I'd give those interested a heads-up. I'll try to get some pics taken today. Just think of what a '95 chevy would look like if it was still brand new and sitting in the dealers lot back in good 'ole' 1995. Thats essentially what she looks like.
