    just wanted to see if this is a head gasket leak....its only on one side...but yeah....also pulling up a low fuel pressure cel, is that the cause of this?

    You don't really want a dented oil pan, but there is a baffle in there so you wont damage anything if the baffle isn't broken loose.

    And yes, that does look like an oil leak from the head gasket. It shouldn't have anything to do with a low fuel pressure code though. I'm not really sure how your ECM sees low fuel pressure, as it has no sensor.

    the oil leak from the head gaskets is incredibly common, If i was you i would just live with it. however i doubt you are getting a low fuel pressure code, are you getting a Low oil pressure light from the dented pan?

    Seafoam it. Thats what I did 1000 miles before selling my 251 and it didnt leak nearly as bad as it did.
    Mine was basically dripping.

    what he said? i thought seafoam cleans it up... maybe your thinking of that oil stop leak stuff...

    Perhaps, its rare that anything seals up headgasket leaks, the gasket is made of metal.

    i used tabs that cost 3 bucks at napa...they bond aluminium. hasnt leaked since. 99 2.5rs with 101,xxx

    im not sure, but any recommendations on what gasket to replace it with?

    Sti gasket, its the same gasket with multiple layers, its what we use, none have leaked yet.
