So I'm going to pickup a ps3 tonight...any suggestions on any good multiplayer first person games? I loved socom and socom2 back on the ps2, but I do not have either of these games anymore. Not a big rpg fan, sports wouldn't be that great right now either....
THIS. if I had a system that could support it, I'd be all over that. No PS3 or Wii or 360 here ... is it out for PC?
my psp is currently being taken over by silent hill demons. and fondune: at work, i cannot read reviews. "games" is blocked by websense. Haven't you figured out I do 95% of my internetting from work?
omg call of duty is sick..i played it the other night with my friends.. u should get that.. if ur into basketball nba 2k8 isn't bad either
you can look at games from home. i'm just being a ****. sorry for manipulating the conversation. If I could take it back I would.
+1 on assasin's creed. It got a 9.5/10 rating and is said to be a groundbreaking game that has quality that rarely comes around. I saw a trailer a week or so ago and will definately be getting it. I bought a ps3 (actually bought 2, sold the other on ebay) the day they came out and have yet to buy a game for it. I really haven't seen anything that's worth $70 yet. Yeah, I got it last night...and it is sick. Online gameplay is so smooth. I just don't like how you can't pick a room to join, its random.
Do you not like racing sims? Dirt was a great purchase, though I agree that the PS3 is still mostly a BRD player otherwise. The first NFS title for it kinda sucked. Pro Street should be a little more interesting.
Yeah, I downloaded the demo for it and it was enjoyable. I like the car selection on this NFS title. Hopefully there will still be some ability to tastefully mod your car to make it your own. Some of the stuff in Carbon was just silly IMO. I also downloaded the Uncharted demo. While it's certainly pretty to look at it reminds me too much of a male protagonist version of Tomb Raider with a little more gunplay. If it has a cool storyline then it may still be worth getting used someday but the demo doesn't let you in on much of its story. GTA4 keeps getting pushed back but it looks like the first run of GT5 is still slated for December. I'm really disappointed that Namco took Ace Combat to the 360. AC4 and later were really great games with some high re-playability.
