I'm like a broken record, same problem of engine not starting after refueling. It takes about 10 seconds of turning over before it will start. I also get CEL 457 after about a half tank of driving. All of this started last fall, out of the blue. I hadn't done any mods lately and bam! The car drives fine, just the annoying CEL that I've disabled, the starting problem, and worse...the ever nagging thorn in my side that my car is not in perfect working order.

    Troubleshooting so far:
-checked seal around fuel tank lid in trunk
-had Subaru check the charcoal canister
-tried not topping off the gas tank
-made sure the gas cap was on tight

Most recently, I pressurized the intake system at the turbo inlet and heard a small leak at the purge valve. It's not from loose connections to the purge, but the purge itself. Is this normal or should I replace it? I think the part is about $40 so I thought I'd ask before I buy a new one.

I wish I had some knowledge to share, but I'm sure SOMEONE can give some input here.
