quick diagnosis question

    ok heres the deal, i have a winter beater 95 legacy wagon. recently when i have been starting up the car the horn and the blower motor for the interior controls wont work. after about a min of driving they both just start to work... recently they both have just stopped working. I've checked all the fuses and all that typical stuff but nothing is blown. what else can i check? thanks for any imput

    idea

    are those two circuits on a certain relay that may have gone out? just and idea. Please someone throw in their two cetns.. its starting to get cold up here in duluth hahah

    I don't have a wiring diagram but they may be on the same power wire, any one with a diagram care to look and chime in
