I am looking for a roomate NOW. Looking for someone clean that doesnt want to party 24/7! This is in my house, you get: Your own Room, Bath, Usage in my huge kitchen, and livingroom, deck, firepit. Weight room is being finised right now. Eventually huge theater room to be finished and entertainment room. Now The good Part: Garage space for a little more money, Heated, Hot and cold water, Shop Lights, Air Tools, And of course a lift. Looking to get $600 a month. Thats with a garage Space. Im located in Mayer. 10 minutes west of Waconia, 20 minutes west of Minnetonka/ Excelsior area. This is in a new developement. Neighbors are all really cool and always outside drinking in the summer. I know.. thats the biggest problem. That kinda keeps the girlfriend from moving in eventually to, unless I can find her a job closer to here. Its nice out here but kinda far for most people. Takes about 30-35 minutes to get to 494 from here.
