Roomate Wanted!

I am looking for a roomate NOW.
Looking for someone clean that doesnt want to party 24/7! No Smoking Either!! sorry.

This is in my house, you get:

Your own Room, own Bathroom, I have a huge kitchen, livingroom, deck, firepit. Weight room is being finished right now. Also Included Dish Network top 200, High Speed Internet, Washer and Dryer in Laundry room.

Eventually huge theater room to be finished and entertainment room.

Now The good Part: (Garage Space is already rented out for the winter but there is access to my lift and tools still if needed.) Heated, Hot and cold water, Shop Lights, Air Tools, And of course a lift.

Looking to get $500 a month.

Im located in Mayer. 10 minutes west of Waconia, 20 minutes west of Minnetonka/ Excelsior area.

This is in a new developement. Neighbors are all really cool and always outside drinking in the summer. Always something going on around here.

Here are a few pics. Obviously not current. The Garage pic is from 2 years ago after I sheetrocked it and painted it. Looks much better now that its finished. It also has cabinets now and a few other goodies.

Yard is done as well.

If that was in Wayzata there would be no question in my mind. However the 45 minute commute on 7 would be a FEMALE DOG. Sun in the eyes both ways.....ugh.

I had to turned down 3 families until I found just the right ones for my rent property in Red Wing.

Thanks guys I appreciate it! I had a realator friend stop by and give me some tips to sell better and faster. Looks like if I want to sell I have some sheetrock work and painting to do. So there is some work here before i can think about selling. Im kinda torn about selling as i want to but i dont. 4000 square feet is a lot when your living alone, and the payment is a lot to but theres always a way. I want to move to the other place i was looking at in Chanhassen but that place wont be built till november, and its more of a storage area that I would run my business out of. Not really a place you can live in. But I would have tons of room for cars and even a semi, in my shop.

If I do sell I will be selling stuff like a brand new Bedroom set with king size bed. and other things.

A roomate right now would be nice but so far that hasent happened.

I guess only time will tell what will happen.

sorry garage spots are all full for the winter, unless I sell my car. This is why the price is lower now. Sorry about that.
