Roomate Wanted

    I am currently looking for a roomate to move into my house with me. I am currently there on my own, had some life changes happen recently. The house is located in Andover, MN. There are two rooms i am looking to rent, not sure if i want to fill both or just 1 right now, it all depends. Upstairs would share a bathroom with me, and the downstairs room would have there own bathroom and living room as well. House is located on 1 acre of land so the yard is large. Ammenities include, cable, high speed internet (with wifi), large bon fire pit, hot tub. A garage spot may be negotiable as i have a two car garage.

    upstairs room $400, downstairs $500 everything included.
