    I was told to stay away from inexpensive drilled rotors as they "may" crack.

    I think that's for crossdrilled, I was thinking slotted or blank. Either way these are pretty cheap

    well, I was mostly joking, but seriously...

    I would also like to know if anyone has had first hand experiance with some cheap rotors, maybe even a good experiance!

    Make sure you call Mark at Frozen Rotors. We get 10-15% off of the internet prices, and the treated rotors will probably outlast the car.

    A friend of mine put them(slotted ones)on his Evolution last summer with Hawk HPS pads and has not had any issues with them for his dd so far.

    Next brake change I'm going aggressive pads and cheap rotors. Let the pads chew them up. Heat is heat.

    A lot of Evo guys run these on the track and say they actually hold up better than the stock Brembo blanks.
