    I bought mine new in 2005 for $22.5k. Some idiot will buy it at that price... rather, another idiot will buy it.

    subarus are at the price point where a lot of young dip****s are able to afford them, and the increased popularity means that little rich dip****s with mommy and daddy's money want newer ones.

    Yeah I bought mine for $15.5k 4 years ago...
    Putting the 6 speed and 20g and 40k miles should increase it's value by $10k right? Lol
    If Trent actually got $21k for his car I need to know where to find an idiot like that with so much money to burn.

    agreed because only work he had done was some cosmetic plastics lowered exhaust and a vf39 as far as I know

    Because if he got 21k then that means my 02 wrx is worth 12k still right?

    Intended to express permanence.

    Steel = permanent ban
    Rubber = temporary ban

    If I have to explain it, I might be reaching juuuust a little bit with the analogy, lol.

    For the initial ban yes. The lifetime ban was not decided till he started bitching on fb about the admins on here. Unless I missed something

    You did. If you get put in timeout for acting the fool in every thread you post in, expect it to become permanent if you go martyring yourself claiming you were banned for asking about a conversion project.

    I'm not playing that game. Go away. My 7 year old tries to pull that **** and it doesn't go over very well for him either. Any details that don't help his cause get "forgotten" when explaining whatever grievous wrong was committed against him until you nail him to the wall on facts. Like when he "got punched in the face" and forgot to mention they were pretend-boxing. Or the time someone threw a rock at him but forgot about how he threw the first rock because they were making up another BS game.

    So, stop acting like manipulative 7 year olds and we'll all be fine.... or don't and get banned. I'd prefer to see our community grow. Just not as much as I'd prefer to see our community avoid getting taken over by "lol watch me run up to the line, put my toes on it and gleefully spit in the face of anyone on the other side lol" bull****. Whatever it is you think you have to prove, do it elsewhere.

    Confirmed.

    You'd be amazed how much skillset crossover there is in dealing with small children, car club members, and offshore software development teams.

    Best advice I can give to someone aspiring in that field is to find out what interests you the most and specialize it. many candidates out there looking for work have 'general' it knowledge. :coffee:
