Alright I just went to a private screening of Semi-Pro and I really don't know what to think other than it was yet another Will Farrell sports movie. Now it wasn't horrible, I guess I just expected more. I guess I would rate it a 6.5.

 

so was it more " old school" or "anchoman" funny?

 

Neither both of those were good movies maybe inbetween "Kicking and Screaming" and "Blades of Glory".

 

kicking and screaming was a good one, "now go get me a juice box juice box boy " lol!!

 

after reading what you just read i dont think i can listen to your opinions on movies anyways.

 

Will Ferrel sucks.

No movie he's been in has been worth watching more than once.

I have to agree. I am not a big fan of his. I would prefer to save my $8 than see one of his movies.

Well, it's not that his movies suck. It's just that this is like the 25123 billion movie where he plays some stupid guy with a wig.

It was just stupid. I saw the gags coming a mile away, like a bad Kevin Costner movie. Anchorman and Blades of Glory FTW!

Old school is by far his best movie. I can watch it over and over again and still laugh. I love Will Ferrel, but his movies lately are spiralling down hill very fast. Talledega Nights was and Kicking and Screaming was OK, but Blades of Glory sucked ass.
Hope this one is at least better than B of G.
