    1. Educate me on how the ideal shift should look and feel like?

    2. When is shifting fast beneficial?

    3. Is shifting slow ever a bad thing?

    4. Can I under shift?

    5. Why do I need 10k rev's when my limiter says 7k?

    Purty Please! :coffee:

    1. Sex.
    2. When you want to make sure you don't capitalize more than one letter at the same time.
    3. Never trust anyone who is slow and shifty.
    4. YEs.
    5. You bought the wrong limiter.

    1) A shift should look like Chuck Norris punching a giraffe with Bruce Lee's fist. It should not be heard as the shift speed is so fast that the pitch falls outside of human hearing. However, you should be able to hear dogs barking in the distance upon every good shift.

    2) Shifting fast is beneficial when you need to get grandma to the pharmacy to pick up her meds and still make the 2pm Bingo game (...they go to bed early you see...).

    3) Never EVER shift slow. The mere act makes many racing legends turn in their graves. The adverse side effect is this throws the Earth's spin out of wack and messes up everyone's watches, and you don't want to be messin' with no Playa's watch!

    4) Under shifts are acts of courtesy, much like cupping the balls are for the act of...oh wait, I lost my train of thought.

    5) 10k is the only way to compete against the Japanese. If you can't compete, they win, and I'd like to keep Hawaii thank you very much.

Exactly...tapping the shoes under the stall dividers. I've heard that you're pretty quick on the stick from the more experienced members here.

Is that like the patented Storlie alternating overhanded double grip that allows double the action in half the time? It's like you guys are milking a cow when you're jer... errrr... shifting...

I'm weird. I don't think I can ever wind through gears like that without also launching the car. It seems wrong not to. Maybe that's just me. I might as well drive like grandma up to 100mph if I'm already going to take 6 years to get up to 20mph. :p
