    Eh, it looks cool but the practicality aspect of that is almost NULL. I study Kouburyu Karate and Kobudo and it is extremely down to earth and without any big flashy moves like that. I'm sure that is great for an aerobic workout and it takes a lot of skill to be able to do those moves, however all of that is 99% show.
