I think they would do well as a driver's shoe.

those pumas are like Fashin/driving shoes, don't really compare to alpinestars, piloti etc. The "GOODYEAR" logo on the side made me feel like i was wearing rice shoes.

Theyre also unconfortable to wear walking around. I had a pair for like a week and sold them to a friend.

I have a pair of Converse All Stars (in grey) that I really like as driving shoes. They're narrow, they've got decent support and I like the styling.

    you mean the wide ones?
i've got the speed cats and i love them for an autocross shoe.
just make sure you get your course walks out of the way before you put them on.
if you do that, i feel fine at the end of the day.

I use the Nike Free running shoe. Honestly, when they say that it's like running barefoot, they're totally right, and they drive like it too :D

    petter wears alpinestars shoes.

They're kinda expensive, and yeah, you can basically get "subaru shoes" by getting the old blue and yellow alpinestars shoes.
