I'm having problems with the car not going in gear after a couple of hours shutting it off. It'll go in gear without the engine on but can't and it won't go in any gears at all once I start it up, not until 10-15 minutes later, it'll eventually go in. It shifts normal and fine once I get going and the rest of the way.

So it will shift and go in any gears with the engine off
It won't shift and go in any gears with the engine on, not until warm?
Drives fine afterwards until you shut it off for a couple hours, then the problem will start up again

No leaks and fluid is full

Slave cylinder is possible. Check fluid level? I have a slave cylinder if it ends up being that.

Clutch just needed adjustment. Goes in gear now and no tob noise upon starting it up. Gears shift nice and smooth, not notchy and rough like before.

Well its back. Couldn't get it out of 1st gear this morning. I'm gonna replace the clutch master cylinder and hope that's the problem. Adjusting the clutch pedal was good for a day and now its locked in/out gear when cold. Drives fine and shift great when warm. Parking it for a few hours and its locked in gear again. Found a thread on the legacy forum and the guy has the exact same issue as me, Turned out to be the master cylinder. http://legacygt.com/forums/showthread.php/5mt-wont-go-into-gear-180010.html
