did you port the TD04 tom? If you didnt, we should do that!!! You're probably getting good spool now, but the more you port and the sooner you get to that 4psi you're hitting, the better.
dammm! I want boost for my gc nice btw! Will the tranny be able to handle the boost power cuz I know that the gc's tranny isn't that great...can u make a vid of ur car passing by
Fuji!! I cant make it out tonight but prolly next week. I love you Jack, i will be upgrading it in the next year or so, and it already spools VERY quickly lol so porting would be more work than it is worth. My next turbo upgrade will be either fpgreen or 16g, i havent decided yet.... hakstern, I gots to treat my tranny like a lady, if i treat it nicely, it will treat me nicely and i will try to get a day time vid up sometime in the next few weeks
Those rs trannys can handle a bit a of power just don't drive a goob. Oh thomas your car is so hawt when will you let me ride your car..i mean take me for a ride.
Dude...we're talking another 200-300rpm gained. No joke. doooo eeeeeet. I'm pulling my headers tomorrow so that I can re-seal my thermostat housing. I noticed today I have cooked glycol on my exhaust manifold, lolz...I've probably replaced half a gallon of water in the past month, so it isnt leaking bad. Its just my excuse to port the living daylights out of my exhaust manifold Oh, and my throtte body is getting the treatment too.
oh, and the RS tranni is a champ if cared for properly. Spool with it all you want just watch the launches and slamming shifts without rev matching smoothly
