Just got home from watching the Affliction and UFC fights. The Affliction event was really good so was most of the UFC. Some good knockouts too. anybody else catch these?

That Silva and Fedor proved they are the top dogs.

Who's going to the Target Center show? That should be a much better card. I got my tickets

I was at BW3's watching the fights and the Silva fight came on. I turned around to say something to my buddy and the whole place erupted. I figured it was early in the fight and nothing was going to happen at that stage. Oops.

I enjoyed the fights. I also enjoyed my 5 beers and many wings. Caribbean Jerk... tasty.

silva = very quick. although his KO was a lucky shot. even the best figthers can get laid out with a properly placed punch.

I wouldn't say it was a lucky shot, he trapped Irvin's leg on the kick and did what your supposed to. Irvin just didn't deffend, he should have just dropped on his back into guard. he didn't even put his hand up, he just stared at the fist running into his face lol

Yeah TV is nice, but to really get the full effect of the sport you have to go to atleast one show. Plus GSP is the headliner! and 2 minnesotans are fighting Roger H and Lesnar

    I'm in setion 231 row A.

I'm with ya. I looked at tickets but couldn't find a seat worth paying the asking price so I guess its ppv again.

The fights would be fun to attend but PPV + big HD screen = more gooderer.

    I predict Lesnar tapout.

sorry, didn't mean it like he was a newb or anything. maybe i should rephrase it. A "wow" situation presented itself for Silva early in the fight. I know they're both professionals, but sometimes luck can be on your side.
