So I am at the local meet spot and it's alright everyone is in there own little cliques. Well this kid I know and his friend come in from a cruise with a s2k. I start talking to the owner of the S2k and he asked me what kind of car I had. I told him I had a bugeye but now have a '11 wrx. He says, "I am sorry to hear that." His reason why he doesn't like Subaru's is because they handle to well...He didn't like how coming out of a corner was grab and go. I don't understand some people.
No that the S2000 is a bad car, it has potential. However, this guy likes cars that don't perform well?
Let me get this straight: He does not like Subaru's because they handle too well, yet he bought an S2000? I don't know how to put this, but that's back asswards. That's like saying you don't like Vipers because they're too powerful and buying a Lingenfelter. I think what broham was trying to say is that he likes to mad dori-dori around his high school with a RWD car.
How I understand it is, homebro likes flatbrim hats and "parking hard". I'm sorry to hear you talked to him. I'm certain you found the conversation enlightening and to be a wonderful usage of your time.
I did. I had to hear a lot of great convo's last night. Some guy said some EVO, not his car, that rolled in had 400+ hp with all his CF wrapped parts... oooo Mankato is funny.
I think he prefers the rear wheel drive experience in spirited driving. I can understand that. Nothing wrong with a S2000.
Na. But he was about to put some mud flaps on that s2k because of the rock chips. He didn't like my clear vinyl idea but whined about how ugly the flaps would look...
You talking about the blue Rr? He ended up getting snagged by PD, must have been braking loose too much in a corner leaving the lot.
I added punctuation to your comment because I was going to ask: He likes his cars to ALMOST break loose around corners? Anything with four wheels can almost break loose around corners. If he likes getting sideways then he's probably smart for owning a RWD instead of AWD. Getting sideways in an AWD is like parkour. You're being inneficient just for the hell of looking cool.
Unless obviously its snow. Then its shenannigans, and thats what most of us look forward to most as a subaru.
